Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CoinLedger (dealer inventory software, hosted as InventoryCoins) handles information when you use the product, including optional connections to third-party services such as eBay.
Who we are
CoinLedger is operated for coin dealers to manage inventory, purchases, sales, labels, and related tools. Contact: joepatrickjohnson@outlook.com.
Information we handle
- Inventory and business data you enter — coin descriptions, costs, ask prices, customers, purchase/sale records, and similar shop data.
- Account and connection data — if you connect a marketplace (for example eBay), we store tokens and settings needed to create or manage listings on your behalf.
- Technical logs — basic server logs (such as time and errors) to keep the service working.
How we use information
- To run CoinLedger for your shop (inventory, sales, reports, labels, listings).
- To talk to services you choose to connect (eBay, grading lookup APIs, your web shop) using your credentials or OAuth consent.
- To fix bugs, improve reliability, and provide support when you ask.
Third-party services
If you authorize eBay or another provider, their privacy policy also applies to data they process. CoinLedger only requests access needed for features you use (for example creating listings). You can disconnect marketplace access in the app.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal or shop data. We share information only with services you connect, or when required by law.
Storage and security
Data is stored on systems you or your host operate (for example a VPS). The dealer app is password-protected. Keep your app password and server access secure.
Your choices
- Disconnect marketplace integrations at any time.
- Request deletion or export of data you control on your installation.
- Contact us with privacy questions using the email above.
Updates
We may update this policy as the product grows. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
