This policy explains how CoinLedger (Inventory Coins LLC; branded as InventoryCoins) handles information when you use the dealer product, billing, and related platform features—including optional connections such as Stripe, Shippo, and eBay.
Who we are
CoinLedger helps coin dealers manage inventory, purchases, sales, labels, storefronts, and related tools. Contact: hello@inventorycoins.com.
Information we handle
- Account and billing — username, email, shop identity, subscription status, and Stripe billing/Connect identifiers (card numbers are handled by Stripe).
- Shop business data you enter — inventory, photos, prices, customers, purchase/sale records, and settings.
- Storefront / payments — order contact and shipping details buyers provide, payout/refund metadata, and shipping/tracking data when labels are purchased.
- Integrations — tokens and settings for services you connect (eBay, Shippo, lookup APIs, etc.).
- Technical logs — basic server logs, storage usage, and errors to keep the service working.
How we use information
- To run CoinLedger for your shop (inventory, sales, storefront, reports, labels).
- To bill dues, send receipts, and operate Connect checkout, payouts, and risk holds.
- To talk to services you choose to connect, using your credentials or OAuth consent.
- To fix bugs, prevent fraud/abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal or shop data. We share information with processors you use through us (for example Stripe, Shippo, email, hosting), with marketplaces you connect, when required by law, or to protect safety and payment integrity. Public storefronts show only what your shop publishes.
Storefront buyers
Buyers primarily deal with the shop merchant. CoinLedger hosts the platform and processes order/payment data to run checkout and risk controls. Shops may also show their own privacy notice on the storefront.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain data while accounts are active and as needed for billing, disputes, backups, and law. The app is access-controlled; keep passwords secure. You may disconnect integrations where available and email us to request access, correction, export, or deletion subject to legal and operational limits.
Children
The Service is directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Updates
We may update this policy as the product grows. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
